These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CampaignChat social network and chatroom services (collectively, “Services”) provided by CampaignChat
(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
We uphold the value of Freedom of Speech and aim to create a platform that fosters fairness and open dialogue. We encourage our users to engage in discussions with an open mind and refrain from using profanity or discriminatory language. While we try to moderate content, we recognize the importance of user participation in reporting inappropriate behavior. Please note that we may not always be able to respond promptly. Given the nature of political campaigns, users should be prepared for robust discussions or debates.
- Acceptance of Terms By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we may implement from time to time.
- Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 3. - Data and Trends: You agree that we may aggregate and analyze user data, trends, and interactions on our platform. This information may be provided to candidates and other users to inform them about ongoing discussions and trends without revealing any personally identifiable information.
- No Endorsement of Candidates CampaignChat does not endorse, support, or sponsor any political candidate or party. The views and opinions expressed by users of our Services, including political candidates, are their own and do not reflect the views or opinions of CampaignChat.
- Non-Discrimination CampaignChat does not discriminate based on language, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are committed to providing an inclusive and respectful environment for all users.
- Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our Services, or the accuracy, completeness, or
- reliability of any content available through our Services. While we strive to protect user data and maintain a secure environment, we do not guarantee that our Services will be free from hacking, malware, or other security breaches. We take no responsibility for any unauthorized access to or loss of data. Data on any site has the possibility of being hacked, and we take no responsibility in the event this occurs.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignChat and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content; and/or (vi) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold CampaignChat harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of our Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
- Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, and without liability to you. This includes but is not limited to, termination of any member or user who uses profanity, racial or religious degradation, or other offensive comments or behavior.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. CampaignChat is a part of Tele Dental Service, Inc.
- Monetization and Endorsement Like most sites, we generate revenue from accounts, advertisements, campaigns, and other means common to social media and chat companies. This is in no way an endorsement. We strive to stay balanced but do accept payments or advertisements for placement on our platform. All individuals using CampaignChat need to do their own due diligence about each candidate and party.
- Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
- Moderation We cannot moderate all groups or members. Any user understands that this is an open platform meant to chat and discuss perhaps controversial views and campaigns. If you are easily offended, then this may not be the website you should partake in.

We uphold a strict no-spam policy and regret that, due to the high volume of requests we receive, we may not be able to respond to every inquiry.
Please note that we do not provide compensation for any harm incurred while using our services. Additionally, users are encouraged to discontinue their use of our services if they feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.
By using CampaignChat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
